Position Overview

  • As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for driving the company's sales initiatives, engaging potential clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Your role will involve identifying customer needs, presenting suitable insurance products, and achieving sales targets.
  • This position offers a competitive base salary of ₦85,000 per month, with opportunities for career development within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Identify and engage potential clients, providing detailed information about the company’s insurance products and services.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company's products and services, as well as industry trends, to effectively address customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize sales performance and market reach.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, providing insights on market trends, customer feedback, and sales performance.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably in the insurance sector, is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Education: Minimum of an OND / HND/ Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service skills, with a focus on understanding and meeting client needs.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive: Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
