Job Title: Science & Mathematics Teacher (Secondary School)
Location: Ejigbo, Lagos

Job Summary
- We are seeking qualified and experienced Mathematics and Physics teachers for our senior secondary school classes.
- The successful candidates will have a passion for teaching and mentoring young adults and a deep understanding of the Nigerian curriculum.
Responsibilities
- Develop and teach a comprehensive Mathematics or Physics curriculum to senior secondary school students.
- Establish a supportive and engaging classroom environment that encourages student participation and learning
- Evaluate students’ performance by giving class work, homework and exam.
- Grade students work
- Assist students with problem solving skills
- Provide regular assessments and feedback to students on their progress
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to support student growth and development
- Engage in ongoing professional development and stay up-to-date with the latest teaching practices and strategies
Requirements
- A good Bachelor's Degree in the relevant field of study (Mathematics or Physics)
- A Degree in Education
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in a reputable school
- Ability to effectively teach and engage students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff.
- Must Reside at Ejigbo and environs
- Ability to interpret the National Curriculum of Nigeria and England
- Computer literacy are added advantage.
Other Requirements:
- Applicants should be versed in IT use and be amenable to blended instruction.
- Registration with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) is an added advantage.
