Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Descriptions
- Achieve set marketing and sales targets by developing marketing strategies for business development, generating new business plans for increasing customer base in new markets/Segments.
- Manage sales and medical representatives effectively across the nation.
- Improve product/services marketability and profitability by crafting the brand strategy, improving the brand image of the existing products, launch and establish new brands in the markets.
- Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.
Educational Requirement
- B.Pharm/MBA/MSc
- Minimum Work Experience: 3-5 years work experience
- Industry required for the work experience: Pharmaceutical.
- Required Competency and Work Skills
- Applicants must possess proven sales and marketing skills, be adequately skilled in numeracy, ability to deal effectively with people and communicate clearly in non technical language, superb research skills and proven leadership skills, and strong analytical skills to determine effective business solutions.
