Overview

• Develop and implement Personal Banking strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive balance sheet growth and profitability.
• Implement new banking initiatives and strategies.
• Develop quality products to attract new customers.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Manage customer loyalty programs.
• Serve as primary client contact, recommending banking products.

Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; postgraduate or professional certification preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years in private banking sales and credit.
