Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager with strong leadership skills to oversee, maintain, and optimize our facility operations.

Non-Negotiables

• Candidates should possess HND / Bachelor's Degrees in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Building And Facilities Management, Estate Management or other related disciplines
• Must have 5+ years of proven experience in managing multiple facilities.
• Must have end to end building maintenance project management experience.
• Must have hands-on technical maintenance & troubleshooting skills for electrical, HVAC, and plumbing structural components.
• Must have team management experience.

Benefits

• Salary: N3,000,000 - N4,200,000 Annually.
