Job Title: Operations Analyst

Location: Lagos

Description 

• As the Operations Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic team with a mandate to cater to the evolving needs of our Angel investor community, venture capitalists, business network, and entrepreneur community across various industries in the digital technology ecosystem in Africa.
• You are expected to support our organization by managing the day-to-day tasks and administrative needs of our business operations.
• The successful candidate would drive administrative back-end operations and support the investment team in executing investment pipeline transactions.

Non-Negotiables

• 3 years minimum experience in operations management roles preferably in a startup or venture capital
• Demonstrated experience in authoring high-quality documents and presentations including reports, project plans, and budgets
• Bachelor’s degree in any administrative or managerial discipline

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any Administrative or Managerial discipline
• Capacity to author high-quality documents and presentations including reports, project plans, and budgets; when necessary.
• Ability to work collaboratively with entrepreneurs and other clients from diverse backgrounds is highly desirable; charismatic, people- and relationship-oriented.
• Demonstrated curiosity and an understanding of technologies and business models.
• Intellectual curiosity, self-awareness, strong interpersonal, communication, and written skills.
• Positive entrepreneurial outlook with a desire to make a large impact on an organization.

Benefits

• Salary: N2,500,000 - N3,000,000 per annum.
