We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Mixer Operator

Responsibilities

• Engages in equipment maintenance and monitor equipment functionality.
• Candidate will be responsible for mixing/compounding with correct weighed raw materials in alignment with the Weighing sheet.
• Ensure adherence to operational checklists, working instructions and equipment standard operating procedures
• Ensure zero bulk waiting time at filling lines by the optimum utilization of the Mixer(s) running time.
• Adhere strictly to the right process order and maintained proper documentation all time.
• Ensure that great hygiene standard and product quality delivery is maintained in your area at all time.
• Responsible to ensure zero RM and bulk losses.
• Ensure good teamwork across the production team
• Responsible for all other tasks that may be assigned in line with company objectives and that may not be explicitly set out in this description.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND in Science and Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Production and Chemical Engineering) is preferred.
• 3 Years of relevant factory work experience.
• Ability to take on technical projects
• Good knowledge of standard software such as MS Office.
• Experience with major change processes
• Structured and analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Good communication skills
• Sound knowledge of technical troubleshooting.
