We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Support Analyst / Quality Assurance Engineer

Location: Maryland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Employ Quality Assurance methodologies effectively.
• Utilize testing and test planning, incorporating automation tools and scripts.
• Create and execute test cases for software under development to identify bugs and issues.
• Document and articulate identified bugs or issues during testing phases.
• Possess knowledge and practice of Agile methodologies, potentially as a requirement.
• Manage cases, requests, and enhancements using online tools such as JIRA, Bitbucket, etc.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Display flexibility to work evenings and weekends occasionally, as dictated by job requirements.

Requirements

• BSc. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience.in the same or similar role
• Possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrate hands-on experience with Windows Server, SQL Server, and networking.
• Exhibit the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision while fostering teamwork.
• Showcase strong customer service acumen.
• Pay meticulous attention to detail, including executing all test cases, error reporting, and conducting regression testing for code modifications.
• Familiarity with source control systems.
• Understand and interpret change and release notes.
• Capable of managing support cases or requests via email, telephone, or in-person interactions.
