Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and skilled Accountant to join our team in Abuja. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards, and providing financial insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Manage and train junior accounting staff

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in accounting or related field
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficient in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Professional certification (e.g. ICAN, ACCA) is an added advantage

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
