Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Job Description

  • We are seeking 100 dynamic and motivated Sales Executives with at least 1 year of experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), to join our team in Abuja.
  • You will be responsible for driving sales, expanding market share, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Stay informed about product features and industry trends.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and market analysis.
  • Ensure proper product merchandising in retail outlets.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
  • Participate in sales promotions and marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in the FMCG sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of the Abuja market is an advantage.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of an HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Salary
N60,000 monthly plus commission
