We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Location: Shagamu, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Responsible for drawing periodic maintenance schedules, planning & and executing as per schedule.
• Will be responsible for Electrical & amp; Mechanical maintenance of the factory
• Responsible for spare parts inventory and MOQ of each of the spares & amp, consumables
• Responsible for Machine maintenance card with approval from Production heads.
• Responsible for attaining any urgent breakdown
• Responsible for periodical Generator Maintenance & compressors.
• Responsible for all the support for the installation of the new machines.
• Will be handling a team of maintenance support for Electrical, Mechanical & amp; Generator.
• Raising the spare part requisite for stock to Head Purchase well in time to avoid any stock out when required.
• Responsible for reducing the downtime of the machine which can be quantified

Requirements

• Qualification: Engineer; Mechanical/ Electrical.
• Having experience as Maintenance Manager in a production company for min. 8-14 years Computer Literate for making own report.
• Prefer also to have experience in any film production, film processing, or converting companies.
• Advantage of experience in setting up new production units from the Maintenance department in the Preferred Company of: Flexible packaging/Film extrusion / Paper converting companies.

Salary
N250, 000 - N500,000 per month.
