Job Title: Residential Real Estate Sales Specialist

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • The Real Estate Sales Manager will be responsible for taking charge in key decisions that will be required to drive our company's growth and success.
  • He/she would be a high-ranking executive in the company and accountable for liaising with other members of the company to set the overall direction and strategy of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the company’s overall strategy, goals, and objectives, in alignment with the company’s mission and vision.
  • Leadership: Provide quality leadership and direction towards the achievement of the company’s goals.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the company’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Operational Management: Ensure the effective operation of the company’s real estate marketing projects.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that could impact the company’s operations, reputation, and financial performance.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including other employees, customers and the board of directors.
  • Business Development, Marketing and Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations that align with the company’s strategy and goals.
  • Compliance: Ensure that the company complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration or a related field;
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior management or executive role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, strategic planning, financial management, sales and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
