Job Summary

  • ITC Worldwide is in search of a highly skilled Business Development Lead to join our team and help build a tradition of unparalleled client, customer, and employee satisfaction.
  • The role will entail collaborating with project team on (1) discovery and requirements gathering, (2) data lineage and governance efforts, and (3) business intelligence development in the form of reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

  • Service Marketing Planning: Capture Market Opportunities
  • Optimization the Service OfferingLife Cycle With Data-Driven Decision
  • EnergyIndustry Specific -Vertical Go-to-Market Strategy
  • Drive the Services business and recurring development, within Prospect organizations (Greenfield, Partners, )
  • Understand recurring business roadblock for each country and drive action plans to solve them
  • Drive SCALE meetings (transformation call) and act upon agreed actions
  • Coordinate/close the loop between all streams (ensure Tendering, execution and CSM efficiency + marketing) to ensure successful adopting of offerings.
  • Drive Capex to Opex to Recurring transformation.
  • Stay in close contact to customers needs & gather industry/vertical feedbacks to challenge offer development team for offer improvement
  • Support the deployment of new processes and adoption of new offers
  • Design daily marketing operational programs that achieve organizational objectives
  • Pan and Maintain Pipeline Forecasting, Targeting and Attainment.
  • Collaborating with department heads to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reports.
  • Implementing and maintaining reports and dashboards using PowerBI ad-hoc analyses to support internal decision-making.

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:

  • Maters Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Management, or related field
  • 3 or more years of experience in a business development management
  • Experience in developing business strategy
  • Strong ability with financial and budgetary processes
  • Superior leadership skills, with focus on employee coaching and development
  • Up-to-date knowledge of relevant industry trends
  • Strong ability with database and information systems software
  • Experience in data analysis with Power BI
  • Microsoft Applications: SaaS Product Line Licensure
  • Preferred Active Agile certification (e.g. Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Scrum Product Owner, Certified Scrum Developer, Certified Agile Leadership, Certified Agile Coach, Scrum with Kanban, SAFe Agile).

Current Certification Required:

  • Power BI Data Analyst Associate
  • Hubspot CRM
  • Atalassian: Jira (PMP/PMI) 

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
