We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Business Efficiency Team Lead

Location:
Lagos

Responsibilities
  • The job role is responsible for assisting the Business Efficiency Manager in the signing and timely collection of SLA and also managing 3rd party service provider while ensuring efficiency throughout the organization, with strict adhere to our Quality and Service Management Standard.
Maintenance of QMS standards:
  • Responsible for assisting the Business Efficiency Manager in the documentation and maintenance of Quality Management System.
  • Ensure that the performance of the QMS is reviewed at planned intervals to ensure its continuing, suitability, adequacy and effectiveness. This review means assessing opportunities for improvement and the need for changes to the QMS.
  • Assist the Business Efficiency Manager in conducting internal audit programme to verify that the company processes and procedures are conformed to.
  • Ensure that evidence of corrective and preventive actions are accurately recorded and kept.
SLA/Operational Level Agreement Review and Management:
  • Support the Business Efficiency Manager in the signing of SLA with new customers by ensuring timeliness execution of SLA with all customers after service deployment
  • Responsible for ensuring the company's OLA are met and maintained by individual departments within the organization.
  • Ensuring service level targets/ service level objectives within the SLA is met
  • Establish and maintain appropriate documents pertaining to vendor engagement and specific work instructions
  • Monitor and report the various project escalations, timely call resolution within the SLA
  • Follow-up on 3rd party service providers on relevant correspondence and ensuring the SLA's are met.
Business Efficiency:
  • Identify areas in the department where Business Efficiency Improvement (BEI) initiatives can be conducted and relate this to the Business Efficiency Manager.
  • Document and ensure adequate record keeping of the customer satisfaction survey.
  • Conforms to policies, procedures and process as it relates to the efficiency of each department
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external concerned members involved in SLA
Requirements/ Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree/HND in computer Science/Eng Elect/Elect Eng/Bus Admin/Law or any related courses.
  • M.SC will be an added advantage
Other Desired Qualifications:
  • ITIL, Relevant ISO Standards/Auditor courses.
  • Experience: 3-4 years
