Responsibilities
Application Processing:
- Review and evaluate visa applications and supporting documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with immigration laws and policies.
Customer Service:
- Provide clear, accurate, and courteous information to applicants regarding visa requirements, processes, and application status
Compliance and Security:
- Stay updated on changes to immigration laws, policies, and procedures, and apply these updates to visa processing activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field.
- Proven experience of 6-12 months in visa application.
- Lives in Ogba and its environs
- Proficiency in basic computer programs.
