Sales Force Consulting - Our client is engaged in the business of distributing, marketing, sale, installing and maintaining/servicing of solar power technology and renewable energy systems including inverters, energy-saving appliances, security systems and other related products with headquarters in Onitsha.

As part of their expansion program, they are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Manager - Solar Energy

Location: Onitsha, Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Set clear roadmap and practicable strategies towards establishing visible footprint of the company’s products and services
  • Facilitate prospecting, recruiting, reactivating and managing key relationships.
  • Maintain a database of all prospects and clients of the company detailing the business name, contact person, address, phone number, business name and preferences.
  • Ensure that all the company’s contacts (clients and prospects) experience world class service delivery and excellent relationship that will lead to advocacy.
  • Drive intelligence gathering for deeper knowledge of competitive activities and marketing strategies.
  • Periodically initiate/advise the company on strategic marketing activities that can drive sales.
  • Drive debt recovery to ensure that all debts are in line with credit policy and that debts are duly collected.
  • Initiate and develop marketing proposals and effect presentations on behalf of the company in all the required fora.
  • Ensure reconciliation of the company’s accounts and sales activities with customers on a regular basis.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Electrical / Electronic or any related Engineering course.
  • He must demonstrate previous experience working as a Solar/Renewable Energy Sales Operations Manager

Requirements:

  • They must be very hardworking with high levels of integrity
  • Applicants must presently reside in the Onitsha axis
  • Previous work experience in solar technology is mandatory
  • He must be a good team player.
  • He must be focused and result orientated
  • He should be highly organized with an eye for details
  • The use of computers is an advantage
