Job Title: Growth & Expansion Manager

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
Growth Responsibilities:

• Spearhead growth initiatives, identifying and exploiting new channels for user acquisition and market penetration.
• Analyze data to drive strategy, focusing on metrics like CAC, LTV, and funnel conversion rates.
• Implement and refine SEO/SEM strategies to maximize online visibility.
• Lead A/B testing and other data-driven experiments to optimize growth.
• Collaborate with product development for feature enhancements based on user feedback and market demands.

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives.
• Manage all aspects of marketing operations, including digital, content, social media, and email marketing.
• Create compelling narratives and campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Oversee brand management and public relations efforts to enhance brand recognition and loyalty.
• Budget management and resource allocation to maximize marketing ROI.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in growth and marketing roles within a tech-focused environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging new-age tools, including AI, for marketing and growth purposes.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup is highly desirable.
• Background in the health industry is a plus but not essential.
