Job Title: Gallery Manager

Description 

• As the Gallery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Windsor Gallery.
• Your role will involve curating exhibitions, managing gallery staff, coordinating events, and ensuring a high level of customer service.
• You will work closely with artists, collectors, and the community to promote the gallery’s mission and vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Curate and organize exhibitions, including selecting artworks and coordinating with artists.
• Manage and train gallery staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote exhibitions and events.
• Oversee the gallery's budget, financial planning, and reporting.
• Build and maintain relationships with artists, collectors, and partners.
• Coordinate gallery events, openings, and special projects.
• Ensure the gallery is well-maintained and presented to the highest standard.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Art, Art History, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4 - 6 years work experience.
• Proven experience in gallery management or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of contemporary art and art market trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and gallery management software.
