Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Monogramming Operator to join our team.
• As a Monogramming Operator, you will be responsible for operating embroidery machines to create customized monograms on various textiles, Aso Ebi, Agbada, Hotel Accessories, including apparel, accessories, and home goods. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will be crucial in delivering high-quality monogrammed products.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate embroidery machines to create monograms based on customer specifications
• Responsible for design, operations, quality inspection, control & assurance
• Load designs, select appropriate threads, and adjust machine settings.
• Monitor production to ensure consistent quality and timely completion of orders.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to design guidelines.
• Maintain equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to meet customer requirements.
• Keep accurate records of production and inventory.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Monogramming Operator or in a similar role preferred.
• Proficiency in operating embroidery machines and understanding digitized designs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Salary
N50,000 - N100,000 / month
