Composite Property Development & Management Service is a leading Building and Construction Company based in Lagos with interest in Real Estate (residential, commercial, or industrial).

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Young Accountant Executive

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Prepare and process invoices, bills, and financial statements.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and submit tax filings and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning.
• Generate financial reports and summaries for management.
• Monitor and track project expenses and budgets.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
