Rotawn Energy & Logistics specializes and has the requisite expertise and experience in the provision of offshore support vessels services, maritime security services, Ship to Ship (STS) berthing/transfer operations, SBM, all forms of mooring activities and is poised to take on the challenge of delivering a wide range of maritime services to the oil industry in the entire Gulf of Guinea, in conjunction with our foreign technical partners.

Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, contributing to the success and growth of our organization.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of business processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and identify solutions to business problems.
• Conduct detailed requirements analysis and document business processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements.
• Develop and present insights, recommendations, and business cases to stakeholders.
• Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive process improvements and project requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make recommendations for enhancements.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including business requirements, process flows, and user stories.
• Assist in project planning, coordination, and management activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of business processes, requirements gathering, and documentation.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and criticalthinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in using software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and data analysis tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in project management and familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
