We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Grounds Supervisor

Location: Lagos - Ibadan Express Way, Ogere - Ogun
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Summary

• Ensures a beautiful and tidy resort garden, as well as take care of other external installations (i.e. refuse area, sports equipment and fixtures,as well as outdoor entertainment and recreation areas).

Main Responsibilities
Customer relations:

• Respects guests' privacy and works without disturbing them• Actively contributes to guests' comfort

Professional Techniques / Production:

• Carries out occasional repair work as required
• Prevents problems from occurring in the resort's external areas and installations
• Implements the corrective action plans as communicated by the Resort / Head of Maintenance and Grounds• Formulates and implements the grounds equipment's preventive maintenance programme• Applies water hygiene and savings procedures

Team Management:

• Communicates and cooperates with the other departments
• Management and administration
• Helps optimise energy, water and waste consumption

Hygiene / Personal safety / Environment:

• Respects the resort's Legionnaires' disease prevention actions• Applies the resort's security regulations (in case of fire etc)
• Actively contributes to the safety of people and property (ensuring safety exitsremain clear of obstruction)

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in a similar field
• Practical and theoretical skills in related areas: gardening, cleaning and safety
• Fluent in the national language
