We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Deposit Mobilization Officer

Location: Akoka, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Marketing and sales of the bank's products
• Account opening and customer acquisition
• Persuading clients to save
• Managing new and existing deposit clients.
• Developing and implementing a business development plans for identified target markets
• Mobilization and retention of deposit
• Operate in compliance with laws and regulations guiding Microfinance institution.

Qualifications

• Minimum of OND from any reputable institution.
• Proven working experience as a Deposit mobilisation officer in a Microfinance institution is an added advantage.
• 20 - 30 years of age is preferable
• Good communication & relationship mgt skills
• Strong marketing and negotiation skills.
