Job Summary

• Our client is operating a warehouse and needs a competent operational manager will be responsible for building relationships with warehousing companies, ensuring adherence to operational and quality standards; creating and implementing service delivery that meets agreed service levels with customers.

Responsibilities

• Engage with warehouse operations team
• Plan inventory, and oversee warehouse efficiency
• Work with third party tech team backend
• Manage, meet, and engage client
• Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
• Review backend
• Perform quality controls and monitor warehouse KPIs
• Find ways to increase quality of customer service

Requirements and Skills

• Proven work experience as Operations Manager in a warehouse
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Familiarity with business and financial principles

• Leadership ability
• Outstanding organisational skills.
