Job Title: Maintenance Officer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: Pharmacy
Monday - Friday: 8 am-5pm
Saturday: 8 am - 2 pm
Available Slot: 2
Job Description
- Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
- Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
- Allocate workload and supervise contracted staff (Janitors, security guards etc.)
- Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
- Source and Manage relationships with vendors and service providers
- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
- Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
Operational Hours:
- Monday - Friday: 8 am-5pm
- Saturday: 8 am - 2 pm
Requirements
- HND / BSc in any relevant field with 2 years work experiene.
- Proven experience as maintenance officer
- Experience in planning maintenance operations
- Understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems is an advantage
- Ability to keep track of and report on activity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
