Job Title: Security Resourcing Officer
Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Responsibilities
- Recruit Guards for clients with man guard needs
- Screen resourced / recruited candidates for training.
- Administer the company employment form and guide candidates to fill them properly.
- Ensure proper update of staff records.
- Overseeing employee orientation and training.
- Liaising between employees and management.
- Managing employee/client complaints.
- Undertaking communications and interpersonal skills training.
- Arranging employee physical examinations.
- Collaborate with other departments for voucher payments etc
- Any other tasks assigned.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an NCE qualification with relevant experience.
