Job Title: Regional IT Operations Head
Location: Lagos
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage the IT operations and maintenance of the region from regional hub center.
- The job role also includes end to end technology project management and strategy and implementation of the right technology to facilitate our client to provide better and optimized customer services.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure in-depth product knowledge through induction, training and hands on.
- Project completion in strict timelines.
- Co coordinating & attending daily, weekly and Monthly huddles & reviews.
- Implementation of the CR as per the timelines from the customer.
- Augmentation of trunks and CSR seats to answer more calls and remove congestion so that customers can reach the CC smoothly
- Adhere to the process of the customer for improved and optimized operational efficiency.
- Continues efforts for cost reduction and value addition with new initiatives and proactive steps for process refinement.
- Knowledge sharing sessions.
Functional Expertise:
- Project management, planning, delivery of IT services to OPCO locations on Avaya Voice portal contact center systems and newer technology.
Minimum Qualifications
- 12-20 Years'; Experience in Contact center Technology, Hands-on Experience on Systems & Networking / Contact Center Voice Technologies and IT infrastructure management
- Process and product Certifications like ITIL, AVAYA/CISCO etc. will be added advantage.
- Education: B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc/ B.Sc/Diploma with additional professional qualifications, specialization certification in the area of contacts Center technologies.
