Job Title: Administrative Officer

Job Description
We are currently recruiting for the role of Admin Officer. Successful candidates will perform the following duties:

• Attend to matters that are related to governmental bodies (NAFDAC, SON, Customs, LASEPA, NESREA, MAN, Ministry of Environment, Ministry of Health, Federal Ministry of Labour, Local Government, EKEDC, LAWMA, Immigration, Federal and State fire service).
• Process Import permit, renewal of NAFDAC certificate and coordinate quaterly inspection of Regulatory bodies (NAFDAC, SON).
• Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
• Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
• Oversee facility safety, maintenance, budget management, and the functionality of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Manage office operations and supplies
• Coordinate Flight and Hotel Reservation.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees with 3 - 5 years relevant work experience.
