Job Title: Research and Development Executive
Location: Isheri-Mowe, Ogun

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the research and development team, providing guidance and support throughout all stages of the R&D process.
- Identify and prioritize areas for research and product development based on market analysis and business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
- Drive innovation by continuously exploring emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Oversee the development of prototypes and pilot programs, ensuring their successful implementation and commercialization.
- Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of existing products to identify opportunities for improvement and new design possibilities.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry standards to ensure compliance and quality in all R&D activities.
Requirements
- BSc/HND in Industrial Chemistry or Chemistry
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the manufacturing industry( Paint, Cement, Chemical)
- Not more than 35 years
- Computer knowledge in MSWord, Excel and PPT is an added advantage.
- Good communication skills and capable of preparing presentations and reports..
- Problem-solving Skills for conducting root cause analyses and implementing corrective/preventive actions
