Job Title: Dispatch Rider

Job Summary

• The dispatcher is responsible for delivering items promptly and safely to customers or designated locations.
• The role involves riding a motorcycle, adhering to traffic laws, and ensuring that all deliveries are made in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect documents, packages, or goods from a specified location.
• Deliver items to designated addresses promptly and safely.
• Navigate city roads and traffic to meet delivery schedules.
• Communicate effectively with customers to arrange delivery times and locations.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups.
• Ensure all delivery documents are signed and submitted appropriately.
• Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance of the motorcycle to ensure it's in good working condition.
• Report any mechanical issues or damages promptly.
• Adhere to traffic rules and regulations to ensure safe riding.
• Address and resolve any issues encountered during deliveries, such as incorrect addresses or customer queries.
• Communicate any significant problems to the supervisor promptly.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• A valid motorcycle license and a clean driving record.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 per month.
