Job Description

  • As a Project Director, you will be responsible for leading project teams, developing project plans, and managing resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Your role involves overseeing all aspects of project implementation, monitoring progress, and addressing any issues or risks that may arise

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of projects from initiation to closure.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
  • Establish project governance structures, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Lead project teams and provide direction, guidance, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress, budget, and performance against established goals and metrics.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and status updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Resolve conflicts, issues, and escalations in a timely and effective manner.
  • Communicate project status, milestones, and updates to key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with project management standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Evaluate project outcomes and lessons learned for future improvements.
  • Close out projects, document lessons learned, and facilitate knowledge transfer.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture / Quantity Survey, Project Management. Master's Degree preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize effectively.
  • Financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
