Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide fashion advice and recommend clothing items based on customers' preferences and current trends.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with a positive attitude.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure the sales floor is well-organized, clean, and stocked with the latest merchandise.
• Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment activities.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
• Attend training sessions and stay updated on new products and fashion trends.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a clothing store.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of fashion and ability to provide styling advice.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Salary

• N80,000 - N100,000 monthly
