Job Summary

• We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer who can not only create compelling visual content but also edit video and handle acamera comfortably.
• The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, anunderstanding of video editing, and the ability to create engaging graphics that align with our brand identity.

Job Description
The successful Associate will be responsible for:

• Develop and design a wide range of visual content, including digital ads, social media graphics, brochures, banners, and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and deliver visually appealing content.
• Ensure all graphics and content adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all platforms.
• Conceptualize and create original content that aligns with the company’s marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Produce high-quality visual content for various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and the company website.
• Work closely with the content team to ensure visuals and written content complement each other effectively.
• Edit and update website content, ensuring information is accurate, current, and engaging.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure design projects meet organizational goals.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to present design ideas and receive feedback.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and project requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and software to continuously improve skills and incorporate best practices.
• Seek opportunities for professional development and learning to enhance design and web development capabilities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Creative Suite (Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Premier pro etc).
• Experience in marketing communication designs,video editing and motion graphics.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
