Onapers Real Homes, a real estate and development company in Abuja, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Office Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Providing historical reference and serving as institutional memory for the organization by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
  • Liaising with all departments in completing necessary operational documentation requirements for products sale and customer contracts.
  • Interfacing on client transactions
  • Managing handover processes
  • Follow up with progress on all site operations and provide report accordingly.
  • Creating, organizing, and maintaining client portfolios.
  • Note number of all available units and occupied units on all projects.
  • Managing the allocation of housing units to clients
  • Fostering and maintaining positive client relationship
  • Communicating with relevant stakeholders on delivery and handover of houses/plots.
  • Managing schedule of finishing and providing it to necessary stakeholders.
  • Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties.
  • Ensure the facility and the office premises is always neat and tidy
  • Attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues in a calm manner
  • Receive, dispatch and disseminate official correspondence
  • Ensure the availability of necessary supplies by identifying procurement needs of the Office.
  • Ensure effective planning and execution of operations by reducing waste levels
  • Ensure each transaction complies with internal policies, necessary due diligence, legalities and regulatory requirements.
  • Any other task as may be assigned to you by Management.

Salary
N100,000 monthly.
