Description

  • We are seeking a reliable and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team at Uncle Stan´s Foods. Specializing in small chops, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to our customers.
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards.
  • Supervise and support staff members, including kitchen staff, servers, and cashier, to ensure efficient and effective performance.
  • Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Manage inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies as needed.
  • Monitor food preparation processes to maintain consistency and quality of small chops.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including cash handling and reconciling sales transactions.
  • Coordinate with management to implement promotions, marketing strategies, and special events.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, dining area, and storage areas.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a restaurant setting.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including POS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or food service management is a plus.
