Job Summary

  • Experienced HR Business Partner specializing in people analytics, culture transformation, and talent management within the dynamic landscape of emergingHoldCoenvironments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in navigatingmediatechand fintech verticals, driving digital transformation, and facilitating global expansion efforts.

Requirements
Education:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Human Resource Management
  • Bachelor of Science in Psychology or related field.

Certifications:

  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or equivalent
  • Certified Diversity Professional (CDP) or equivalent.

Experience:

  • Hold CoHR Business Partner: Spearheaded HR initiatives for an emerging HoldCo, collaborating with operating entities inmedia techand fintech sectors to drive cultural integration and talent development strategies.
  • People Analytics Lead: Developed and implemented data-driven approaches to optimize workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Culture Transformation Specialist: Led cross-functional teams in fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and inclusion, resulting in improved employee morale and productivity.
  • Global Talent Manager: Managed end-to-end talent lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and succession planning, across multiple regions and business units.
  • HR Consultant: Provided strategic guidance to executive leadership on HR matters, including organizational design, change management, and employee relations.

Languages:

  • Proficient in English (Fluent in written and spoken communication)
  • Additional languages a plus, especially considering global operations.
