Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role as a Travel Consultant at Bitsin Travels And Tours in Lagos.
• As a Travel Consultant, your day-to-day tasks will include providing travel advice and consulting services, managing travel arrangements, coordinating customer service inquiries, and making reservations for clients, as well as visa processing and admission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
• Proficiency in handling Travel Arrangements
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Ability to make Reservations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of international travel regulations and requirements
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus.
