Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough security assessments of web and mobile applications to identify vulnerabilities and potential risks.
• Perform penetration testing, code reviews, and security assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with development teams to provide guidance on secure coding practices and remediate identified security issues.
• Document findings, produce detailed reports, and communicate results effectively to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on emerging security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends to continuously improve our security posture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in application security testing, including manual and automated techniques.
• Strong understanding of web application architecture, protocols, and security principles.
• Proficiency with security assessment tools such as Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, Nessus, etc.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
