Job Summary

• We are seeking a reliable and motivated Rider to join our delivery team.
• The Rider will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of packages to our customers, maintaining communication with the dispatch team, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver packages to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes for delivery.
• Communicate with dispatchers and customers as needed.
• Handle packages with care to prevent damage.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and recipient information.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance of the delivery vehicle.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety regulations.

Requirements

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• High level of reliability and responsibility
• Previous experience in a delivery role preferred.
• Valid rider's license.
