Job Title: Customer Support Officer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years work experience within a reputable and structured business environment.
• Working experience with CRM systems.
• Experience as a Customer Support or similar role.

Salary
N200,000 Monthly.
