We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Backend Engineer (Laravel) - Virtual

Location: Lagos

Description 

• We are looking for someone who is excited and interested in building innovative products for the commerce space in a senior backend developer capacity.

Non-Negotiables

• 6+ years of experience in Laravel
• 5+ years of building backend technology around fintech is a must with current title as senior back-end developer
• Startup experience in fintech is a must
• Candidates must be located in Nigeria
• Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer
• Extensive experience in software development life cycle.
• Experience using system monitoring tools (e.g. New Relic) and automated testing frameworks
• Knowledge of selected programming languages/frameworks (e.g. PHP/Laravel, Nodejs)
• In-depth knowledge of relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB)
• Familiarity with various operating systems (Linux, Mac OS, Windows).

Salary
N10,000,000 - N14,000,000 annually.
