Job Overview
- The senior manager will lead teams of professional staff in primary providing tax consuming services,including: Tax Due Diligences, Mergers and Acquisition support, International Tax Services and similar support to our clients.
- In addition, the successful candidates will be involved in practice management for the firm including supporting with driving business development initiatives
Job Description
- Lead teams to provide:
- Tax advisory services to domestic and international clients
- Mergers and acquisition support including tax dues diligences and similar support to our clients
- Tax compliance support when the need arises
- Drive business development initiatives
- Provide guidance to the firm and clients regarding changes and emerging issues in the tax and business landscape
- Manage relationships with clients, regulators, and other external parties, provide insights and champion thought leadership
- Project management and management reporting
- Perform other related tasks and official assignment.
Qualifications
- B.Sc, HND (Minimum of 2.1 / Upper Credit in any field)
- Professional or postgraduate educational qualification: ICAN, ACCA, CITN, MBA is an added advantage.
