Job Description

• Demonstrated proactive approach customers to promote and sell the bank's products and services (SME loans).
• Conduct in-depth discussions with customers to assess their financial goals and risk tolerance and provide appropriate recommendations to help them achieve their objectives.
• Proven experience assisting customers with account opening, documentation, and transaction processing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to bank policies and procedures.
• Proven track record driving the sale of the loan products for the company by identifying key opportunities and completing loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions
• Demonstrate sound and updated knowledge on types of loans and other banking products, services, and procedures.

Requirements

• A minimum of First Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Accounting and Finance or related field.
• A minimum of 5 years with proven work experience in SME sales, particularly in Microfinance Banks.
