We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Dispatch Rider

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of packages, documents, and goods to specified locations.
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience during pick-ups and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including obtaining signatures and providing receipts where necessary.
• Conduct routine checks on the motorcycle to ensure it is in good working condition and report any mechanical issues.
• Adhere to all traffic regulations and safety guidelines to ensure safe delivery operations.

Requirements

• Ordinary Diploma Certificate
• Minimum of 2 years Proven experience as a Dispatch Rider
• Valid rider license.
• Safety boots
• Applicants should reside around Apo, Lokogoma, Gudu, Durumi and Galadimawa

Skills:

• Excellent riding skills and knowledge of local routes and traffic laws.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Technical skills

Personal Attributes:

• Reliable, honest, and trustworthy.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Physically fit and able to handle various weather conditions.
