They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive (3-Wheeler Cargo)

Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to promote and sell 3-wheeler cargo vehicles, in alignment with company objectives and targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors to understand their cargo transportation requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and participation in industry events.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and capabilities of 3-wheeler cargo vehicles, tailored to the specific needs of customers.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts, negotiate terms and conditions, and close sales deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and market expansion.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, track performance against targets, and provide regular reports and forecasts to management for strategic planning.
  • Provide training and support to dealers, distributors, and sales team members to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to sales, pricing, and customer service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Sales / Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automobile or transportation industry, with a focus on commercial vehicles or cargo solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong business acumen and ability to understand customer needs and market dynamics.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Familiarity with 3-wheeler cargo vehicles and their applications would be an advantage.
