Job Description

• We are searching for a skilled, creative bread master baker who strive to provide excellent baked items in an efficient, professional manner.
• To be a successful baker with us, you should be efficient and friendly with a focus on food quality and customer satisfaction.
• You should have basic math, technological and practical skills.

Responsibilities

• Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make baked goods
• Monitoring ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls
• Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels
• Designing and improving recipes
• Requisition supply items as needed from storerooms
• Cleaning and restocking.
