Job Overview

• We are seeking diligent and reliable Factory Workers to join our team at Midley Designs. The Factory Worker will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Machinery: Run various types of machinery and equipment to produce, process, and package products.
• Assemble Products: Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure that they meet quality standards.
• Material Handling: Load and unload raw materials, components, and finished products.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any malfunctions to supervisors.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of production quantities and times.
• Housekeeping: Keep the work area clean and organized, disposing of waste materials appropriately.

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory setting is preferred but not required.

Skills:

• Ability to operate machinery and hand tools.
• Basic understanding of production processes and quality control.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift up to products
• Good hand-eye coordination and physical stamina.

Working Conditions:

• Environment: Work is performed in a factory setting with exposure to noise, dust, and machinery.
• Schedule: Full-time Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Overtime may be required based on production needs.
• Safety Gear: Must wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety glasses, and ear protection as required.

Salary
N30,000 - N40,000 / Month.
