Job Summary

• As the Marketing Lead, you will be at the forefront of our marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
• You will oversee the planning, development, and execution of our marketing initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
• Brand Management: Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials and platforms, enhancing brand identity and recognition.
• Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and insights that inform marketing strategies.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

Requirements

• BSC/HND in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 - 5 years of experience in Marketing

Salary

• N180,000 - N200,000 monthly
