Job Summary
- As the Sales Engineer Lead, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our sales team.
- You will be responsible for leading a team of sales engineers, providing technical expertise during the sales process, and ensuring the seamless integration of our products and solutions with customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of sales engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Technical Expertise: Serve as the technical expert in pre-sales engagements, demonstrating the value and functionality of our products to potential clients.
- Customer Engagement: Work closely with business development to understand customer requirements, design solutions, and deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with the technical and product teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically sound and aligned with customer needs.
- Sales Strategy: Contribute to the development of sales strategies and processes, leveraging technical insights to drive business growth.
Requirements
- BSC / HND in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 - 5 years of experience in Sales Engineering
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 per month.
