Job Title: Senior IT Officer

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP) are a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT management, preferably in a retail environment.
- Proven experience in managing IT projects and teams.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, server management, and cloud services.
- Experience with retail-specific software and systems (e.g., POS systems, inventory management software)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
